Bookings are paid directly to individual vendors. Transactions are usually performed through the vendors' websites using credit cards.

How often are the prices updated?

Prices are updated in real-time. Each search draws on the latest available rates from the vendors shown.

Are there hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees. What you pay the vendors is the same you would pay them had you gone to them directly. ViaSingapore's search function simply points you in the right direction, at absolutely no cost.

Can I amend or cancel my booking?

Amendment and cancellation policies are determined by the individual vendors that you book with. Make sure to understand their policies before making and paying for your booking.
